Eileen Hull 2023 Chapter 1 Release!!!

Happy New Year Fans of Eileen Hull & Sizzix!! Welcome to January 2023 & it is time for the most fabulous Chapter 1 Release. Always an exciting time for sure. This release is a great one & the teams have come up with some amazing inspiration for you. There is the usual fun starting with the blog hop & a Facebook Live today at noon ET. Due to life I can't be on the live today so I will be doing a Facebook live next week TBA. Below my projects is all the info for the diecuts & the giveaway. Here is my main project using the Frame Pocket Journal & paper by Blue Fern Studios. This paper line is perfect for journals. I used the 8x8 paper pad for the inside of the book & the 12x12 paper cut to size for the outside. I will have a full tutorial coming up.

Here is a sneak peak at the inside, showing the tag pocket (left side) that comes with the die. It creates a 3D pocket & can be cut out of sturdier material like mat board. The journal can be configured in many different ways so hold onto your hats!

Next up is the Library Pocket, ATC Card & Tabs which is a thinlet die. Ohhh I love pockets and these are great! They cut & scor so making them is super easy.

This is awesome for all your journal, scrapbook needs. I made these cards in a quick session just pulling out different papers, cutting them out & assembling.

This is one of those must have dies for sure!! Can't wait to put a mixed media spin on them!

Next up is another fav. The Tiled Alphanumeric. I have been begging Eileen for an alphabet for ages and am so excited for this one. It is conveniently one die so the entire alpha cuts out in a jiffy. I made an organizer from 6x8 pocket pages which makes finding a letter easy. I may need a few sets of these!

Last up is the 3D Embossing Folder Tablecloth. I made a paper piece that can be card front, tag or a pocket. That's all the shares for now, although I do have more which you will be seeing. So on with the Hop Info!!

Introducing the Ch. 1 2023 Eileen Hull/Sizzix collection!

Let's start with the ScoreBoards Frame Pocket Journal- this is a Bigz Plus die so you will need a 9” cutting machine. The Journal measures 4 1/2” x 6 1/2” x 1 1/4” with an adjustable spine. What makes this die special are the additional pieces on the die, a pocket to hold ephemera, a frame and flap! These extra pieces may be used in many of my other journals or they can be used independently. The die may also be configured in a few different ways so watch the blog and Facebook live shows for ideas.

There are two Thinlits sets that coordinate with the Journal. You asked for a new alphabet- you got it- and I added numbers too! The Tile Alphanumeric is very versatile because you can use both the positive and negative shapes. Each letter is perforated which makes it easy to create and line up words.

The other Thinlits set is the Library Pocket, ATC Card and Tab die- a journal essential! Use the ATC card die to knock out a bunch of Artist Trading Card bases and add the library pocket to package it up to swap. The Tab die is perfect to add to the Journal pages or on the ATC.

The last item is a 3D embossing folder called Tablecloth which was inspired by a crocheted cotton piece from my Mom. This adds beautiful texture and dimension to card backgrounds, book pages or tags!
